The National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM) is offering its annual NPIRI Summer Course, July 12-17, 2015 in Appleton, WI. Attendees will learn a wide range of topics, such as where, how and why raw materials are used. Designed to bring new employees up to speed quickly, as well as provide more experienced employees the fundamental understanding necessary to improve, update and expand their skill sets, this course is the ONLY one of its kind combining classroom instruction with hands-on press demonstrations.
Attendees will also learn about the formulation and on press application of printing inks, gaining in in-depth knowledge about about how raw materials properties affect ink performance. and get valuable first-hand experience with printing press (offset, flexo and digital) operation.
