First up this week, International Paper completed its acquisition of North Pacific Paper Company (NORPAC) for $360MM. Flint Group Web Offset strengthens its European manufacturing network with a €2 million investment in its Frankfurt, Germany, facility. Next, INX International and chemistry AI company Albert Invent entered a strategic collaboration to digitally transform INX’s R&D operations.
