Canon U.S.A. Appoints Rolando Martinez, Senior Director of Marketing, Production Print

Martinez has consistently demonstrated his ability to bridge the gap between product innovation, commercial strategy, and field execution.

Canon U.S.A., Inc. appointed Rolando Martinez as Senior Director of Marketing for Production Print, which includes production inkjet and toner, large format, and labels and packaging product lines.

Given Martinez’s extensive background leading commercial operations and delivering sustained growth across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, his appointment will strengthen Canon’s market presence and regional support structure throughout the Americas.

Martinez will help in the market introduction of Canon’s latest portfolio of production inkjet innovations, which includes the groundbreaking varioPRESS iV7 B2+ digital press, the varioPRINT iX1700, the Colorado XL series, and the LabelStream LS2000 presses. 

The addition of Martinez to the team reflects Canon’s ongoing investment in the leadership, technology, and service infrastructure required to help customers make the transition from analog to digital printing more effectively and successfully navigate the future of production print.

With over 25 years of comprehensive experience spanning B2B sales, marketing, and product strategy in the commercial, label, and packaging industries, he brings a proven track record of revenue acceleration, innovation, and market penetration to the Canon production print leadership team.

Martinez previously served in senior global and regional leadership roles at HP, Kornit Digital, and Eastman Kodak. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to bridge the gap between product innovation, commercial strategy, and field execution.
