The acquisition complements Lubrizol’s global infrastructure and current product lines of surface modifiers, flow control additives and specialty resins. Included in the acquisition are a manufacturing facility in Huddersfield, U.K. and technical centers in U.K., Singapore and the U.S. Transferring with the acquisition are 105 Avecia employees, including commercial staff in Europe, Asia and North America.
