Six printing ink manufacturers reported sales of more than $1 billion in 2014. Here are the industry leaders.
DIC Corporation - Sun Chemical
DIC has $3.47 billion (¥415,700 million) in printing ink sales, including Sun Chemical, which has more than $3.5 billion in ink and pigment sales.
Flint Group
Flint Group reported sales of US$2.9 billion/€2.2 billion throughout all of its product lines, which includes pressroom chemistry, printing plates and consumables.
Toyo Ink
Toyo Ink Group's 2014 sales were $1.26 billion (¥150,582 million) in printing ink and graphic arts supplies; consolidated results: $2.4 billion (¥286,684 million).
Sakata INX
Sakata INX's 2014 sales were $1.342 billion (¥131,589 million) in printing ink and graphic arts, and $1.302 billion (¥138,586 million) consolidated.
Siegwerk
Siegwerk reported sales of $1.1 billion (€998 million) in 2014.
hubergroup
hubergroup's 2014 printing ink sales were $1.02 billion (€835 million).
