PGA National Resort & Spa, Palm Beach Gardens, FL will be the site of this year’s the 2017 National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers’ (NAPIM) Annual Convention, which will be held March 9-12, 2016.
“We are very excited about this year’s NAPIM Annual Convention at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, FL,” said George Fuchs, NAPIM’s director, regulatory affairs and technology. “Our registration has been strong, with good representation from both ink manufacturers and suppliers. We anticipate that this year’s program will be of great interest and benefit to this year’s attendees.”
There are some interesting presentations scheduled this year’s conference, beginning with Frank McKinney, a real estate artist, as the keynote speaker and then moving into sessions on human resources and manufacturing technology.
“We have a dynamic and inspiring keynote speaker in Frank McKinney – a self-made millionaire – to open this year’s event,” Fuchs said. “The business sessions are focused squarely on some of the most critical issues facing our industry: successful recruiting and hiring and forward-looking manufacturing technology – with great speakers and industry experts in both subject areas. Also, we’ll have our State of the Industry presentation and an ink industry update and regulatory and legislative activities.”
There will also be a number of events outside of the meetings, including golf and tennis tournaments, tour around Palm Springs, the NAPIM Fun Night and the Black Tie Ault Award dinner, with the presentation of the prestigious Ault and Pioneer Awards.
“As always, this event will be balanced with great networking opportunities, industry awards and fun activities,” Fuchs added. “We look forward to seeing our industry colleagues at this premier ink manufacturing industry events. “
