Nazdar announced the introduction of its 8400 series CVIM conventional in-mold screen ink. According to the company, the 8400 series is formulated specifically for second surface printing on polycarbonate and polyester that will be formed, then molded in the insert mold decoration process. The 8400 series features excellent formability and opacity, and easy on-press cleanup makes the inks extremely user-friendly. The 8400 series is available in a full line of Nazdar opaque and transparent colors.
“The ease of use, consistent processing characteristics and stronger print quality are just a few reasons that Nazdar’s 8400 Series inks outperform all other in-mold decorating inks on the market,” said Harold Johnston, Nazdar’s vice president. “These inks also feature higher density colors resulting in the deepest transparent and opaque colors now available for in-mold processing.”
