Reproflex3 Global CEO, Andrew Hewitson will take over from previous managing director of Repoflex3 India and Asia.
As Sethunath transitions out of his operational role, he will continue to be on the Reproflex board and collaborate on the company’s strategy.
“Our new focus is to further integrate Indian operations within our global reproduction processes and systems, hence the restructuring,” said Hewitson. “Priorities include enhancing technology adoption, facilities talent exchange between India and out other locations, and establishing a global studio based in India to better serve the local market, enabling more brands to benefit from our extensive manufacturing expertise and unique flexographic printing technologies.”
Current head of Middle East and Africa operations Vijay Irudhayaraj will assume more responsibilities in Repoflex3 India, overseeing day-to-day operations and new projects.
“Our strategy for the Indian flexible packaging market is designed to attract both local brands and major global players. Our aim is to share our prepress expertise and award-winning print technologies with progressive, forward-thinking brands who want to achieve world-class print quality that is both consistent and cost effective,” said Irudhayaraj.
