Esko released its newest software version 23.11 to improve efficiency for packaging producers that connects systems and workflows and automates processes.
“We are dedicated to bringing to market innovative new ways for customers to unlock tangible value in their businesses, through improved ways of working, eradicating waste and optimizing operational processes to overcome the challenges they face in today’s market,” said director of marketing of industry relations and strategy Jan De Roeck.
The software version 23.11 has Cape Pack pallet optimization for folding cartons. Automation Engine allows for fast quality control, also new labels and warnings for classic workflow tasks. The Automation Engine also allows for Share & Approve, a cloud native service that allows users to connect their prepress to other teams.
A new tool in ArtiosCAD recognizes copy-free areas of designs when folding in 3D with predefined folders to reduce errors and promote consistency. ArtPro+ makes prepress task automation processing faster and simpler that previous versions.
De Roeck added, “the industry is having to fundamentally change how it operates in order to meet the dual demands of sustainability and digitalization. With the latest release, we are delivering on our promise of developing technology that enables customers to boost efficiency, reduce costs, minimize the risk of errors and improve their overall productivity, empowering them to overcome the challenges they face today, and preparing them for those they will face in the future.”
Version 23.11 is available for all customers as of October 31, 2023, and formally launched on November 13.
