Lane Press, a Vermont based printing company, has upgraded its inkjet bindery line to Capital Mailing Equiptment’s new CME HAWK M7 4.25-inch head UV inkjet addressing system. This enables Lane Press to offer more coverage options for addressing to its customers as well as increased speed and efficiency.
The new CME HAWK M7 combines high-speed printing with advanced UV curing and addressing capabilities. With multiple head combinations, the system can print variable addressing information in any direction on a wide array of substrates and the UV curing technology allows for faster drying times.
“The CME HAWK M7 increases the speed of production in our bindery. As such, the system helps to support Lane’s plans for growth. Maintaining high quality while increasing capacity and production speed is our goal, and the CME HAWK M7 is an investment that helps us achieve this, said Lane Press executive vice president Chris Armstrong.
