Nazdar Ink Technologies will take part in the third annual InkJet Conference – also known as TheIJC – this year, with a focus on the future of inkjet technology and chemistry.
Taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, on Oct. 5-6, 2016, the conference will be an interactive event with six workshops, a networking dinner and tabletop displays from at least 70 inkjet expert, including Nazdar.
Nazdar is a global leader in UV inkjet inks for graphic applications, working closely with key equipment and printhead manufacturers to develop new channels in the direct-to-shape, container, electronics and single-pass web markets. Its nearly 100 years of ink development expertise helps it to understand and meet the challenges of industrial inkjet printing.
Nazdar’s tabletop display will see Martin Burns, market segment manager for solvent and aqueous inkjet products, and Rich Dunklee, market segment manager for UV and UV LED inkjet products, present Nazdar’s advanced inkjet technology and answer questions from delegates.
In addition to UV curable technology, Nazdar will also be promoting and discussing innovative water-based ink developments. Targeting a range of market sectors including direct and indirect textiles, interior décor and deco laminates, Nazdar offers a range of custom and market-ready ink solutions. This provides equipment manufacturers, system integrators and technology partners the highest level of expertise and flexibility from an experienced ink partner.
A record-breaking attendance is predicted for this year’s conference, with high numbers of new visitors already registered, according to the organizer. Inkjet technology developers, chemists, engineers, researchers and key decision makers are all expected to attend, creating a diverse pool of knowledge.
“TheIJC is a great opportunity for inkjet printing technology specialists from across Europe and the world to come together to expand their knowledge of the market,” said James MacDonald, VP of marketing at Nazdar. “Rich Dunklee and Martin Burns will represent Nazdar. With many years’ experience and expertise between them, they will be able to introduce visitors to the Nazdar range and answer any questions they have.”
Nazdar’s attendance at TheIJC 2016 follows the introduction of Nazdar Ink Answers, a service for print professionals looking for advice on anything from the perfect ink for a particular application to technical issues with print systems. Users’ emails are sent to more than 20 Nazdar experts, with the most appropriate expert quickly sending a response to help. An FAQ page is also available on the Nazdar website to help answer the most common enquiries.
