WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH announced four new products and series from the SENOFLEX Product range of inks and coatings for corrugated flexo. The products include the SENOFLEX WB Gloss Coating FP NDC 17-1421 350460, SENOFLEX WB Extender Scuff Resistant 07-1453 395905, SENOFLEX WB Anti Scuffin Additive 20-2561 395957 and the SENOFLEX Ink Series UHC 3954xx.
The SENOFLEX WB Gloss Coating is characterized by its quick drying and glossy results, its wet block resistance, its and rub and abrasion resistance. It is designed for inline die-cutting processes.
The SENOFLEX WB Extender Scuff Resistant was designed for applications where no varnish is applied but rub resistance above average is required. This can eliminate the need for an over-coating.
The SENOFLEX WB Anti Scuffin was formulated for applications where high ink densities are required. The additive promises significant improvement of the abrasion resistance, particularly in inline processes over uncoated substrates.
WEILBURGER Graphics has also extended its SENOFLEX Ink Series. The innovations are characterized by its high concentration and high color intensity, as well as its printability and drying properties. Nearly all of the mixing colors are suitable for food packaging applications.
