George Fuchs, director - regulatory affairs and technology for the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM), announced that NAPIM has issues a call for presentations for its National Printing Ink Research Institute (NPIRI) Technical Conference, which will be held Oct. 7-9 in Lincolnshire, IL.
The NPIRI Technical Conference is the preeminent venue for technical training, information exchange and professional networking in the graphic arts disciplines. The NPIRI Technical Conference offers a wide variety of educational and networking opportunities in an informal, relaxed environment. Topics suggested for the 2014 technical program are as follows (abstracts on other topics are welcome):

• Conductive Inks
• Packaging Ink & Coatings
• Commercial Inks & Coatings
• Other: Adhesion, Curing Technology, Best Manufacturing Practices/Technologies, Color Consistency & Measurements, Testing and Standards
