An important part of the new offices will be the Product Technical Center (PTC), an applications oriented group within Shamrock that is focused on prompt responses to technical questions from customers. The new offices will allow this group, together with sales and customer service, to interact closely with manufacturing to better serve customers.
The Dayton, NJ office will close in February, and phone calls will be transferred to Newark for an intermediate period.
