FedChem LLC is the first U. S. manufacturer of aluminum organic chemicals to qualify for registration to the ISO 9001:2000 With Design standard. The company’s Bethlehem, PA facility develops and manufactures aluminum organic chemicals for use in the grease and ink industries and chemical products used in specialty coatings applications.

Assets of Spartan Color
Plasticolors, Inc. has completed an asset purchase of Spartan Color Corporation’s product lines, including the Spartacryl PM universal color concentrates.
“The acquisition of these products from Spartan is consistent with our focus in supplying quality colorants and additives for high performance, specialty paints and coatings,” said Scott Becker, Plasticolors’ COO. “The acquired products fit well with our existing lines, providing the full breadth of options required to support this industry.”
Production of the acquired products will be moved Plasticolors’ facility in Ashtabula, OH.
