Garden State Color Solutions sprung out of the bankruptcy of Del Val Ink & Color Inc. Del Val Ink & Color has developed a reputation for its quality products, and GSCS acquired the formulas, product lines and assets of Del Val.
Wayne T. Steele Jr., operations/R&D manager for Garden State Color Solutions, was previously Del Val Ink & Color’s R&D manager. He noted that GSCS is upgrading its operations as well as pursuing toll manufacturing opportunities.
