Remixing Leftover Inks to Reduce Waste and Save Money

Citing a need for a streamlined way to reuse leftover inks, X-Rite Inc. has recently completed a case study to demonstrate how ink formulation software and spectrophotometers can be used to “remix” inks. Remixing inks, the company said, enables companies to reformulate the inks to fit specific new jobs, thereby reducing the costs associated with leftover inks.
