The Metro New York Printing Ink Association (MNYPIA) honored Maurice Carruthers, vice president and general manager of Sun Chemical Performance Pigments, as the 12th recipient of the club’s Man of the Year award April 24 at the Iberia Peninsula Restaurant in Newark, NJ. Carruthers’ career started in 1964 as a color matcher in the leather industry.
