The Metro New York Printing Ink Association (MNYPIA) held the Fourth Annual John Rutledge Memorial Golf Outing on Aug. 19, 2021 at the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, NJ. In addition to one of the largest turnouts for the scramble tournament, the club had a very special guest, as Sue Rutledge came and attended and spoke to the attendees.
“Our Golf Outing thanks are directed to Sue Rutledge, the sponsors and players for their support, and to all on the planet that are vaccinated,” said MNYPIA president Dan Shevkun of Superior Printing Ink. “We could not have done it without them.”
“It is my feeling that a return to these activities, like golf outings, is really important for us to start to socialize and interact with our business colleagues again,” added Chris Allen of Sun Chemical, who serves as MNYPIA’s golf committee chair. “It was so great that Sue Rutledge, her friend Mary and her brother George could be with us to continue the tradition of the John Rutledge Memorial Golf Outing.”
