Sun Chemical has demonstrated its commitment to the publication gravure market, with the announcement that its upgraded plant in Etten, Netherlands, is now fully operational.
This state-of-the art facility is serving as a dedicated production plant for all publication gravure inks and is ideally located to supply customers throughout France, Benelux, Germany and Central Europe. An €8 million investment allowed the plant to be kitted out with the latest technology and equipment which has further strengthened the company’s capabilities in this area of the industry.
Loïc de Surville, managing director for Sun Chemical in France and Benelux, commented, “In Etten, we now have a facility that provides the latest technologies in a location that allows improved deliveries to our customers.”
“Delivering dedicated service, quality publication gravure products and continuous innovation has always been a key priority for Sun Chemical and our investment in the Etten facility once again demonstrates this,” Felipe Mellado, Sun Chemical chief marketing officer, added.
