Alex Parra Joins Wikoff Color as Plant Manager for Milwaukee Plant

Has advanced into leadership positions such as first shift lead operator, shift supervisor, and production manager.

Wikoff Color announced the appointment of Alex Parra as the plant manager for its Milwaukee facility, effective July 29, 2024. Parra brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in ink manufacturing, acquired over his career spanning more than 27 years.

Parra began his journey in the ink industry in 1997 at INX International, starting in an entry-level role as a three-roll mill operator. Over the years, he progressed through various roles including weigh-up, operating Buhler equipment, and quality control, before advancing into leadership positions such as first shift lead operator, shift supervisor, and production manager.

“I am excited to join Wikoff Color and contribute to the success of the Milwaukee plant,” said Alex Parra. “I believe in fostering teamwork and developing people to achieve common goals. Parra is known for his leadership style that emphasizes mentorship and teamwork, qualities that have consistently led to operational excellence and employee development throughout his career.
