JPS Graphics Corporation, a Dallas-based third-generation family-owned and operated book manufacturer and Canon Solutions America customer, recently expanded its capabilities for addressing these new consumer demands by adding the Canon varioPRINT iX-series sheetfed inkjet press to its fleet, an investment that supports its ongoing evolution from offset to digital.
JPS Graphics serves a variety of markets and verticals through output services, including schoolbooks and reading materials for K-12 learning organizations, training materials for corporations, as well as personalized books and gifts for e-commerce companies.
Producing several million pages per month, JPS Graphics invested in the varioPRINT iX-series to be its reliable, high quality, cost-efficient printing device.
“The speed and uptime of the varioPRINT iX-series is impeccable, and the consistency of the prints is superior,” said Hunter Johnson, CEO, JPS Graphics Corp. “The addition of this device to our fleet has cut our processes nearly in half, allowing us to have more time for more jobs. The operating costs are considerably lower as well, allowing us to get more pages per productive hour from our employees.”
“It is extremely rewarding to hear positive feedback about our products and solutions from our customers, and learn how these solutions have helped enable them to create new and innovative opportunities for their business,” said Francis McMahon, EVP, Canon Solutions America, Inc. “We share our customers’ passion for print and always enjoy highlighting the successes they achieve through utilizing our technology."
