Pulse Roll Label Products Ltd launched its secure digital platform, called Link.
According to the company, it makes live business information instantly accessible and online ordering available to its customers worldwide.
Link enables relevant order and sales data to be accessed securely at any time by the company’s customers and distribution partners located around the world, Pulse Roll Label said.
Via a secure login, label converters and package printers, along with Pulse Roll Label Product’s international partners, can view and manage their account using a desktop or mobile device, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This includes placing orders online through the Cart, viewing order and delivery status, accessing price lists, delivery notes, invoices, and all other downloadable documents, a fully interactive Mixing Guide with a unique millage calculator working across PureTone and Pure Aqua ink ranges and much more.
Link's "Knowledge Base" includes downloadable documents including Technical Data Sheets and live SDS sheets linked to industry-recognized data sheet creation software plus other technical, regulatory, and product information is also available.
The ticket system allows all users to log inquiries and have a live view of the progress. Link provides flexibility, customer convenience and improved efficiencies by digitally "linking" the customer together with its ink partner, Pulse Roll Label Products.
