Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin visited Uflex Ltd’s Noida, India plant.
Uflex’s FlexFilm plant is located in Elizabethtown, KY.
“Uflex has a significant presence in Kentucky through its FlexFilms USA facility. Our visit to Uflex Ltd’s offices in India was beneficial at many levels,” Gov. Bevin said. “We were able to deepen our relationship with this prestigious company during our visit, and we look forward to helping Uflex expand its presence in Kentucky in the months and years ahead.”
There are FlexFilm – the global film manufacturing arm of Uflex Limited – facilities in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa.
Commissioned in 2013, the BOPET Film Line of FlexFilms in Kentucky has a capacity of 30,000 TPA. This plant also houses a cutting-edge metallizer that produces over 10,800 TPA of high barrier metallized films.
