Bruges-based Die Keure recently invested in a new ROLAND 710P Evolution 10 color press.
Die Keure is active in offset, digital, screen printing and finishing and has been around since 1942, and they currently employ 230 people. Initially specialized in public printing, the company gradually evolved into a printing-publishing house focusing on educational, legal and business-economics related publications. In addition, Die Keure has also received recognition for producing high grade art book printing for art galleries and museums.
Die Keue produces many art books for the American market.
“Strange but true, in the US, there are only a few printers which have a similar print quality like ours,’ CEO Alexis Bogaert said. ‘As art books are often printed in eight to 10 colors, we occasionally fell off the boat with our eight color ROLAND press, so it was a must for us to install a 10 color press in order to be able to meet the demand.”
