Cenveo released the following statement:
"Cenveo is acutely aware of the importance of preparation in times of such global health concern as the coronavirus (COVID-19). As we continue to monitor the evolving situation we maintain our focus on our commitment to the welfare of our clients and employees.
"In accordance with our established continuity plans, precautionary measures have been put in place at both our office and manufacturing facilities, to mitigate risk as we continue to operate in our regular course of business.
"Education regarding the coronavirus and emphasis on respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene to all employees

- Asking employees to remain home from work if they are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, and/or sore throat and/or have been in close contact with an individual who has either tested positive for or currently being evaluated for COVID-19;
- Restricting non-critical business travel;
- Limiting office and manufacturing facility exposure to business-critical visitors;
- Review of teleconferencing and other work-at-home technologies;
- Enhanced workplace cleaning procedures of frequently touched surfaces;
- Enforcing safe distance between colleagues and limiting handshakes and in-person meetings;
- Advising employees prior to non-business related travel of latest Centers for Disease Control (CDC) notices and procedures upon return
- Adaptable – continuous change in conditions results in a program that must evolve and continuously be developed and reviewed;
- Communicated – ongoing communication with all stakeholders on the course of action, plans, and measures;
- Collaborative – constant iteration of plans and procedures based on best practices of others and guidance from public health authorities;
- Empowering – providing local managers with the authority to take appropriate actions in accordance with Cenveo’s infectious disease outbreak response plan;
- Localized – emphasis on varying situations and intensity by geographic location and the need for a unique response in coordination with state and local health officials for timely response."
