Zeller+Gmelin Corporation Acquires New Property

Zeller+Gmelin Corporation recently announced the purchase of an 83,247 square foot building located at 4801 Audubon Drive in Henrico County, VA. Zeller+Gmelin purchased the building in order to expand its business operations as well as enhance their efficiencies and productivity. Occupancy of the building is expected to occur within the first quarter of 2011. The new location will combine corporate offices, manufacturing and warehouse distribution center.
 
The property is large enough for future expansion, which is important to Zeller+Gmelin because of its aggressive plans for growth. This is a major milestone that has been realized due to the effort and dedication of all the employees who contribute to Zeller+Gmelin’s success and growth.
