Wolstenholme, Schlenk To End MD-Both JV

After careful consideration, it has been decided that MD-Both Industries, a joint venture between UK-based Wolstenholme International Ltd. and Germany-based Carl Schlenk AG, Germany, since 1982, no longer serves the long-term strategic interests of both of these two companies, and will cease trading Sept.14, 2005.  
    
After this date, both Wolstenholme and Schlenk will operate independently in the North American market and will continue to support MD-Both’s customers’ businesses through each of their own operations in North America. MD-Both’s customers can expect a seamless transition with no adverse impact on their business.
