Wendy Kozel has joined Troy Corporation as regional sales manager, reporting to Joseph Galimi, director, U.S. Sales. Ms. Kozel’s focus will primarily entail sales management of Ohio-based strategic national accounts for Troy Corporation. In this capacity, she will coordinate business initiatives between sales, marketing, development and operations. Ms. Kozel began her professional career as an analytical chemist and subsequently held positions as customer service supervisor, training and development coordinator and technical sales representative before accelerating into sales management roles. She was North American distribution director at J.M. Huber Corporation before being employed by OM Group, where she first was national account manager and then promoted to sales manager – Americas. Joe Demharter to Leave Pitman in 2009; EVP Sales Peter Moore to Succeed Him Pitman Company announced that Joe Demharter, who has been president of the company since 2001, will step down from the post at the close of the company’s current fiscal year on March 31, 2009. In accordance with the terms of his agreement with the company, he’ll remain on the Board of Directors and enter into a consulting arrangement. Peter J. Moore, executive vice president, sales, has been named to succeed him as president on April 1, 2009. “Joe has headed the company during the technology revolution that has dramatically changed the business dynamics of the graphics industry,” Paul F. Schmidt Jr., chairman and CEO of Pitman, noted. “In that environment, he expanded our portfolio of digital products and support services, successfully completed several important acquisitions that have widened our marketplace, and become a very visible and recognized industry leader. His valuable contributions have positioned Pitman Company for the next exciting phase of our growth when Peter Moore assumes the post.” Mr. Moore has 28 years of experience in the graphic industry. He began his career with Pitman in 1991, advancing through several positions within the company, starting as sales manager and then branch manager of the company’s Exton, PA location. He then moved on to positions as Mid-Atlantic manager for sales and operations, Northeast regional vice president for sales and operations, Mid-West regional vice president for sales and operations and senior vice president of sales and operations for the company. His industry experience prior to Pitman includes sales management posts with Agfa and 3M Company. He is a graduate of Villanova University.
