The ink industry mourned and celebrated the life and career of NAPIM’s director of regulatory affairs, George R. Fuchs, who passed away on June 6 at the age of 72. Stahl agreed to acquire Weilburger Coatings’ graphics coatings business in Brazil, expanding capabilities in Latin America. Siegwerk launched Cirkit Oxybar White, an innovation that combines oxygen barrier performance and white ink functionality in a single layer. In printed electronics news, Nano Dimension has agreed to sell MarkForged to Stratasys Ltd. in an all-cash transaction valued at $42.5 million.
