Here’s this week’s weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ended Aug. 19, 2022.

This week’s top five most-read stories begins with my online exclusive on Infineon Technologies and the NFC market, followed by onsemi’s expansion of its silicon carbide facility in New Hampshire. Applied Materials’ CTO Dr. Om Nalamasu earning the IEEE Frederik Philips Award, HID Global working with NMBS/SNCB in Belgium and ORNL’s new Frontier supercomputer rounded out the top five this week.
