Here’s this week’s weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ended Feb. 28, 2025.

A pair of Infineon stories topped this week’s stories, with Infineon reaching its next milestone on its 200 mm SiC roadmap the most read followed by SkyWater’s plans to buy Infineon’s Fab 25 in Austin, TX. Epicore’s $26 million funding round was third, followed by LG Display’s mass production of its ultra-large automotive displays in fourth and Applied Materials’ new e-beam system rounding out the top five.
