Universal Display Completes Offering of 5.75 Million Shares

Universal Display Corporation announced the completion of its public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at $46.00 per share. This includes 750,000 shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of an option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments.

The net proceeds from this offering, before offering expenses, are $249,952,500, reflecting the exercise of the over-allotment option. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition, development and license of properties, assets, entities or technologies.
