Suzhou Kingswood Printing Inks Acquires Brancher

The French court has approved the acquisition of Brancher Company by Suzhou Kingswood Printing Inks. The sale went into effect June 1, 2012.

Brancher’s headquarters in Tremblay-les-Villages, France, and its Polish subsidiary, Brancher Central Europe Co., will continue to be open as part of the new organization

A publicly held company, Suzhou Kingswood Printing Inks is the leading conventional offset printing ink manufacturer in China. Suzhou Kingswood plans to maintain the current sheetfed production in France and specialize the development of UV inks, liquid inks, specialty inks for packaging and high added-value products. The company also anticipates improving purchasing synergies, upgrading Brancher’s R&D center and providing new global markets for Brancher’s products.
