Silberline Promotes Joseph Balascik, Sheila Setcavage

Silberline Manufacturing has promoted Joseph Balascik to director of marketing. Mr. Balascik, a 19-year veteran of Silberline Manufacturing, most recently held the position of director, quality systems. He has a bachelor’s degree in human relations from Mansfield University and a master’s degree in organizational management from College Misericordia. He is also a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and ASQ certified quality auditor.
    
The company also promoted Sheila Setcavage to quality system manager. Ms. Setcavage is a 13-year veteran of Silberline, and was previously senior secretary, quality systems. She has an associate degree in executive secretarial science from Allentown Business School, and an associate degree in specialized business administration with a major in accounting from McCann School of Business. Most recently, Ms. Setcavage earned a bachelor’s degree in management and accounting from Alvernia College.
