SICPA has named Greg Dunn CEO of its North America business. Dunn, who previously served as CFO of SICPA for the past eight years, also held roles as president of STA Technologies, a SICPA Company, and as president of SICPA Securink Corporation. In these leadership roles, Dunn ensured profitable business growth and provided advanced security solutions to SICPA’s local and global customer base, building on more than 20 years of experience in business strategy, accounting, financial management and government contracting. The change in leadership comes as Jane Lute, formerly CEO of SICPA North America moves into the role of strategic director for SICPA North America. As US leader over the last four years, Lute brought to SICPA her experience serving as a public servant addressing national and homeland security priorities and led the company in aligning its local and global priorities to the US market. Stephanie Stine has been promoted to SVP of finance, after serving as VP finance supporting all US companies since joining SICPA in 2015. In her new position, Stine will have oversight over corporate accounting, budgeting and financial reporting and responsibility for SICPA’s contracts and IT departments. “SICPA’s technologies help governments, companies, and millions of people protect the integrity and value of their currency, personal identity, products, and brands,” said Dunn. “I’m thrilled for the opportunity to step into this leadership position at SICPA and look forward to leading our work with governments and industries to continue to create and enhance solutions to pressing societal issues.” Dunn’s career has spanned working for large international, federal government contracting and technology companies. Prior to joining SICPA, Mr. Dunn was VP and CFO for ASI Government, Inc. in Arlington, ViA, a firm providing program management, technology and acquisition services to federal agencies. He also served as VP and controller of Time Life Inc. and controller of Eurasia Foundation. Lute continues to bring to SICPA extensive expertise in ensuring security across global ecosystems from her time as deputy secretary for the US Department of Homeland Security as well as in various positions for the National Security Council Staff, the US Army and the United Nations in peacekeeping and peacebuilding. Before joining SICPA in 2015, Stine served as VP of finance and controller for management consulting firm ASI Government for more than seven years and as director of accounting and financial reporting at Direct Holdings Global.
