SCHOTT Solar PV, Inc. announced the launch of the high efficiency Schott Perform Mono PV module. The new module is manufactured in Albuquerque, NM, using top quality materials and a foundation of 54 years experience in solar technology. The Schott Perform Mono PV module offers industry-leading features which allow SCHOTT to provide a 10-year product warranty, a 25-year linear power warranty, and 5 watt positive output tolerance to deliver maximum value over the life of a project.

“This is a critical addition to our portfolio as it adds a higher efficiency option and enables higher power density on projects where it is necessary,” said Tom Hecht, president of Schott Solar PV, Inc. “We specifically designed the Schott Perform Mono PV module to exceed current industry standards. Engineered in Germany and produced in Albuquerque, NM, Schott Perform Mono PV modules qualify as a domestic end product under the “Buy American Act” (BAA), a U.S.-made end product under the Trade Agreement Act (TAA), and as a domestic manufactured product under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
