Sartomer, a business unit of Arkema Inc., has announced that it will now market and sell its line of acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers direct to the Brazilian market. Sartomer Americas will work directly with its Brazilian customer base with the support of technical experts located in strategic regions of the country such as Paraná, Santa Catarina and São Paulo. Formerly, the company supported the region through a distribution network. “We want to provide the very best service and innovative solutions to our partners in Brazil,” said Chris Petrangeli, Americas sales manager. “This move will help us work closely with them so they can develop the most innovative products wherever they are located.” Customers in Brazil interested in Sartomer’s wide range of specialty chemicals can contact Luiz Pestana in São Paulo at [email protected]. “Luiz’s background and experience will enable him to recognize and create new opportunities with formulators who will benefit from our high-performance acrylate and methacrylate chemistry,” Petrangeli added.
