RR Donnelley Awarded Expanded Multi-Year Agreement by Print Media LLC

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year agreement by Print Media LLC that renews and expands the companies’ relationship through 2020.

Print Media prints, packages and distributes the YP The Real Yellow Pages directory that consumers use to find high quality products and services in their area.

Under the terms of the agreement, RR Donnelley will continue to produce Print Media’s YP-branded directories in the US. In addition, the relationship is expanded to include distribution services.

“Our continuing relationship with RR Donnelley directly supports Print Media’s strategy to focus on best-in-class print advertising solutions through dynamic enhancements in our print directory product, unique investments in related print mediums and a more focused strategy,” said Jack Freker, CEO for Print Media.

RR Donnelley has printed directories for Print Media and its predecessor companies for more than 40 years.  Print Media and its predecessor companies have been publishing print directories for more than a century.
