Ricoh Receives Highest MSCI ESG Rating of AAA

Ricoh has received AAA, the highest rating from MSCI ESG Ratings, for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investments. Previously receiving the AA rating, this is Ricoh’s first time to receive AAA rating, which is based on high marks in Human Capital Develop-ment and Governance categories, as well as significant improvements in the disclosure of all categories.

The MSCI ESG Ratings are conducted by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI). The ratings assess how well companies manage ESG risks and rate them on a seven-point scale of AAA to CCC according to their exposure to ESG risks and how well they manage those risks relative to peers.
