PowerFilm, Inc. played a pivotal role in the in2white project, a venture that created the world’s largest panoramic photo of Mont Blanc, the tallest mountain in Europe. ZeroSmog, PowerFilm’s European distributor provided Filippo Blengini and his team with the required power necessary to capture 35 hours of photography.

PowerFilm’s product line is perfect for meeting remote power needs by capturing the power of the sun to keep electronic devices like cameras, phones, tablets, laptops, lights, rechargeable batteries, etc. powered up. When exposed to daylight, the panels provide a continuous charge, ensuring ample power to maintain the necessary charge for a variety of electronic devices, including the camera used in the in2white project.

PowerFilm’s Amorphous Silicon Solar Cell Technology performs reliably even in low and indirect lighting conditions where other technologies do not. Furthermore, the lightweight design of PowerFilm’s solar panels is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts looking for a power source but who do not want to add a lot of additional weight to their pack.
