ODIN has hired Len Gottfried, a healthcare industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in the sector, as a senior business development executive to focus on hospitals, and asset tracking. Prior to joining ODIN, Gottfried held senior positions at Patient Care Technology Systems, Bridge Medical, Mediware, and Surgical Information Systems. Gottfried will manage healthcare business development for ODIN.

“Selling to demanding clients requires specific knowledge and understanding clients most pressing issues,” said Chris Doran, ODIN’s vice president of business development. “We continue to add highly experienced staff to address the growth in demand for specimen, asset, patient and staff tracking among healthcare organizations, and we are doing it with the client perspective in mind. No other company is so focused on combining the technology with the client need, and that starts with the account executives. That is why Len’s expertise is so critical for our clients like Mayo Clinic and the U.S. government.”

Over the past 20 years, Gottfried has honed his skills helping clients design and deliver asset visibility and clinical workflow automation solutions with spectacular results. His knowledge of existing RTLS technologies including CenTrak, Aeroscout, Ekahau, Versus and others is vital to end users as healthcare organizations seek to extend and integrate these platforms with passive RFID solutions. His expertise and industry knowledge are what clients require in challenging fiscal times.
