MCC Acquires Multiprint Labels in Dublin, Ireland

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) announced it has acquired 100% of Multiprint Labels Limited in Dublin, Ireland effective July 1, 2014.

Multiprint specializes in pressure sensitive beverage labels for Ireland and the UK. They have common markets, technologies and supply chain with MCC’s Glasgow UK operation. Multiprint will continue to be run by John Woods, reporting to UK president Alex Mulvenny. Multiprint revenues are approximately US $7 million per year.
