Marshall Mohr Joins SRI’s Board of Directors

Mohr brings a financial background and helped drive the success of one of SRI’s most significant commercial spinouts.

SRI announced that Marshall Mohr joined its board of directors effective Jan. 1, 2025. 

Mohr spent nearly two decades in senior leadership positions at Intuitive Surgical. Founded in 1995, Intuitive Surgical licensed SRI technology to create the da Vinci system and is now a global leader in telerobotic surgery.

Mohr joined Intuitive Surgical in 2006 as SVP and CFO. He most recently served as the company’s EVP of global business services, pursuing methods of leveraging enterprise data for real-time decision-making and mapping the future role of technology in shaping the workplace.

Prior to joining Intuitive Surgical, Mohr served as VP and CFO of Adaptec and as an audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was the managing partner of the firm’s West Region Technology Industry Group and led its Silicon Valley accounting and audit advisory practice.
