KODA Distribution Group Welcomes Unipex Solutions Canada

KODA Distribution Group (KDG) and the Unipex Group have announced KDG’s acquisition of Unipex Solutions Canada, a specialty chemicals distributor in Canada. The acquisition, KDG said in a statement, exemplifies the company’s strategy of focused growth in specialty chemicals and reinforces its position as the premier Specialty Chemical Distributor in North America.

Unipex Solutions Canada, headquartered in Quebec, Canada, is a division of the Unipex Group.
