Effective Jan. 1, Johnson Polymer is implementing a price increase of $0.02 to $0.04 per pound on emulsions, resin solutions, additives and waxes; $0.04 per pound on polyurethane dispersions and urethane-acrylic hybrids; and $0.04 – $0.06 per pound on solid resins and high-solids polyols. The price increase is driven by increasing raw material, energy and labor costs, and continued health care and environmental compliance cost increases.
