INX Digital to Debut TRIANGLE Inks at SGIA Expo

Pledging continued support as a Gold sponsor for the Specialty Graphics Imaging Association’s annual convention, INX Digital (booth 2122) will introduce a trio of new TRIANGLE brand inks when the SGIA Expo is held Oct. 23-25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The extremely popular TRIANGLE roster of wide format inkjet inks will soon include MED, ESC and HLX.

MED is a UV LED ink designed to be used with the Mimaki 3042 UV LED flatbed desktop printer. Available in six colors plus white, and clear and compatible with Ricoh Gen 4 print heads, MED offers tremendous benefits and is regarded to be more flexible than Mimaki LH100 series inks.

MED provides better adhesion to a wider variety of plastics, including clear, white and colored substrates. They can also expect to experience high abrasion resistance and a smoother print surface without banding. MED has the ability to print on difficult surfaces, and INX Digital will demonstrate on such items as golf balls, plastic phone cases and other materials.

A preview demonstration of the HLX latex inks on an HP Designjet L2550 printer will take place throughout the show. Color and chemically compatible with the HP 780 and 792 ink series, users can expect to benefit from a sizeable cost savings over the OEM inks with HLX.

ESC is an alternative solvent ink that works in tandem with the Epson SureColor and Epson Stylus GS6000 commercial outdoor printer, which is the fastest 64-inch wide roll-to-roll printer in its class.

ESC has many outstanding attributes, including better isopropyl alcohol (IPA) resistance. Color and chemically compatible with OEM inks, the yellow color set offers extended two-year durability and no color profiling is required.

ESC will be demonstrated in the booth on an Epson Stylus GS6000 printer with an Eco Bulk ink delivery system that uses 100 percent recycled material.
