International Coatings will exclusively debut at Impressions Expo Long Beach 2020 a new set of prints with artwork by David Edward Byrd and mosaic artist Jolino Beserra. The Expo runs from Jan. 17-19, 2020. Byrd is best known for immortalizing musicians including Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, Prince, and Janice Joplin. Prints of Byrd’s art will be on display at International Coatings’ booth (#949). International Coatings is using its AXEON Non-PVC inks to capture the detail and vitality of several of Byrds’ and Beserra’s artworks. International Coatings’ special effects inks – high density, glitter and new FX Gel Gloss Clear – accent the images. International Coatings will host a Meet & Greet with Byrd and Beserra on Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18 at the booth, from 10:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Beserra will unveil his latest work, a contemporary mosaic piece specially commissioned by International Coatings. The piece is slated to benefit two animal rescue centers he is supporting – Pet Finder and Flying Fur Animal Rescue. Make a donation and get a T-shirt with a print of the design signed by the artist.
