Impinj, Inc. and Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. announced that Impinj will move its headquarters to 400 Fairview, a Skanska development project in Seattle. Driven by company growth, Impinj will expand to the 11th and 12th floors of the 14-story building in fall 2015. Core to Impinj’s decision to lease the 52,000 square foot space at 400 Fairview, are opportunities provided by the location in the thriving South Lake Union technology hub.

“This building and location will allow us to attract top talent and increase productivity and collaboration,” said Evan Fein, CFO at Impinj.

Impinj chose 400 Fairview for many reasons, including its ground-floor experience, designed to capture the spirit of small scale retail found in Seattle’s favorite neighborhoods. The building also offers large open-plan floors and several roof top deck spaces, all within walking distance to transit, parks and the downtown core.

“The office space is really currency for talent focused companies in the market today,” said Lisa Picard, executive vice president for Skanska USA’s commercial development. “Our focus is always finding ways we can support companies like Impinj to be even more successful at what they do.”
