Holst Centre program manager Pim Groen is co-author of “An Introduction to Piezoelectric Materials and Components.” This recently published book is an initiative of the companies and universities collaborating in the Applied Piezo Foundation and discusses the theoretical background of piezoelectric materials. It will be used for the education of students but is also available as a reference for engineers who have an interest in this field.
